Rules of service, responsibilities, and limitations for AliceSpringsToyota.
AliceSpringsToyota provides vehicle fleet management, off-road preparation, and automotive consultancy for adventure and safari operators in South Africa. All services are rendered based on a written agreement specifying scope, deliverables, and timelines.
The client must provide accurate vehicle data and access to the fleet. AliceSpringsToyota commits to professional standards and timely communication. Both parties shall act in good faith and adhere to all applicable South African laws.
AliceSpringsToyota is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or vehicle damage arising from off-road use after service delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. Clients are advised to maintain their own insurance.
Either party may terminate an agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of breach, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately. Upon termination, all deliverables must be returned or destroyed.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
